Dawn received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley in 2002, and she received her law degree from Boston College Law School in 2006. Through her course of study as well as her work and volunteer experiences in law school Dawn knew she wanted to dedicate her legal career to working on issues affecting the health, safety, and welfare of women and children. Dawn moved to Houston in 2007 and joined the staff of CHILDREN AT RISK in 2009. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas.
