Sara graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May of 2008 with a BA in Communication. Interested in meeting new people and exploring new places, Sara relocated to Houston, TX shortly following her graduation. Fueled by the desire to help others, Sara sought out a position within the realm of non-profit organizations. While in college she interned with multiple direct service agencies which ignited her passion to help those in need, especially children. From her first encounter with the committed and enthusiastic staff of CHILDREN AT RISK, Sara knew immediately this was an organization she would enjoy working for.
