Jessica received both her undergraduate and law degrees from The University of Texas – Austin in 2007 and 2010 respectively. Upon graduation from law school, Jessica initially served as a legal fellow at the Attorney General’s Office in the Appellate section of the Child Support Division and then transitioned into her role as Legislative Director for State Rep. Dawnna Dukes for the 2011 Legislative Session.
Armed with knowledge and a passion for children’s advocacy, Jessica moved back home to Houston and shortly thereafter, began working with CHILDREN AT RISK as Public Policy Coordinator in September of 2011.
