Director, Center to End Trafficking
and Exploitation of Children
With decades of experience teaching, training, and using evidence to help children reach their full potential, Jarret will be an essential member of the C@R team. Jarret previously worked with Save the Children, World Vision, and Right to Play to oversee dozens of rigorous studies and impact evaluations of child-focused projects in 20 countries throughout Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. His obtains a specialization in building organizational research capacity through past monitoring and evaluation work to improve the complex issues in education, child protection, health & nutrition, and poverty alleviation.
Jarret has a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University and an M.A. in International Development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He speaks Spanish and Arabic. He was born in Texas, grew up in Nevada, and now lives in Colorado, where he now spends his time on mountain sports, meditation, and epic fantasy novel writing.
