Coaching 201: Advanced Strategies for Seasoned Coaches

An advanced workshop series tailored for experienced instructional coaches, specialists, and teacher leaders ready to deepen their practice.

Take your coaching to the next level! This interactive series helps you refine your strategies, lead without authority, and sustain impactful coaching cycles—no matter which framework your district uses (Get Better Faster, Jim Knight, or other coaching systems). 

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understanding Coaching Cycles: Plan, implement, and reflect; Use cycles vs. one-off support.
  • Adapting to Support ContextMatch coaching to teacher readiness; Balance guidance and autonomy.
  • Coaching Up: Influence administrators & veteran teachers; Build credibility without authority.
  • Advanced Communication Moves: Ask powerful questions & reframe resistance; Balance accountability with support.
  • Data-Informed Coaching: Use student data to guide cycles; Set precise, growth-focused goals.
  • Sustaining Momentum & Scaling Impact: Celebrate progress; Expand impact from teachers to campus culture

Registrants may earn up to 6 hours of CPE credits. This training is offered either in person for a single 6 hour session, or virtually for a series of trainings equating to 6 hour over the course of 6 trainings.
