CHILDREN AT RISK continues to have ongoing efforts in response to Hurricane Harvey through research. However, we recognize that many of those living in the Houston area were also impacted by either Hurricane Ike, Hurricane Katrina or Tropical Storm Allison. There were people still trying to recover from those previous storms and then hit by Harvey. This tragedy sparked a research project which will analyze how people who went through Hurricane Harvey and one or more of the previous storms were impacted.
