Last year, the 2nd edition of Texas School Guide: A Parent’s Roadmap to Success filled an important niche in the Dallas and Fort Worth communities, serving as a one-stop-shop for parents wanting to maximize their child’s educational attainment. The guides contain detailed data on campuses in Dallas and Fort Worth, spanning a range of key topics, ranging from average class sizes to graduation rates. CHILDREN AT RISK’s widespread distribution plan for this publication, in addition to targeted distribution to key partners that work with underserved populations, has provided school information to many parents who previously lacked access due to socio-economic status or language preference.
