Serving Harris County Precinct 3

Provides families, informal caregivers, and regulated child care providers with high-quality, developmentally appropriate curricula and learning materials aligned with Texas Early Learning Guidelines, including bilingual support and direct consultation.  

Eligibility Criteria

This initiative serves the following Harris County zip codes: 77379

Eligibility Criteria:

Parents or guardians of children between the ages of 0 and 5 who live within the 77379 zip code, as well as informal caregivers, such as family members, friends, or neighbors, who provide regular child care for children in this age range for at least 10 hours per week and who live or provide care within the 77379 zip code, are eligible.
