Serving Harris County Precinct 3

Provides eligible families and informal child care providers with high-quality learning materials tailored to young children’s ages and language needs. Participants receive kits filled with books, toys, and activities designed to support early learning and development.

Eligibility Criteria

This initiative serves the following Harris County zip codes: 77379

Families & Informal Caregivers Eligibility Criteria:

Households with children ages 0 to 8 and income at or below 85% of the SMI are eligible to apply. To qualify, parents or guardians must reside in the 77379 zip code. Informal caregivers may also be eligible if they either live in or provide child care within the 77379 zip code.
