Training & Professional Development | Rupani Foundation
We’re excited to announce that the Training and Professional Development Initiative, led by Rupani Foundation, is now accepting applications! This initiative will help parents, caregivers, and child care workers in Harris County enhance children’s learning through training, coaching, and resources, with stipends for participation.

ELQN Partners Gather for Official Announcement of Contracted Vendors for 7 Quality Initiatives
Harris County Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity’s Early Learning Quality Network officially announced its community-driven initiatives and selected vendors during a press conference in May. These efforts are designed to enhance early learning environments and support families and providers across the county.

If you’re interested in participating in any upcoming or active initiatives, be sure to check out our public calendar and reach out to your local LNO, attend their event, or explore the initiative vendor events featured on ELQN’s homepage for more information.
Coming Soon: Early Learning Materials Initiative
We’re expecting the Early Learning Materials initiative (led by National Literacy Institute) to open for applications soon! This initiative will be applicable to targeted communities within Precinct 3 (served by Harris County Public Library). Be sure to check our website to see if it’s live and learn how to apply.
