Capacity-Building Services – Ongoing math and/or literacy coaching, lesson planning support, and targeted professional development aligned to district priorities. 

  • Job-embedded coaching that models high-yield instructional strategies for adult learners, mirroring effective classroom practices. 
  • Collaborative planning sessions that integrate pedagogy, content knowledge, and assessment literacy. 
  • Use of teacher-friendly protocols and gradual release structures to promote independence. 
  • Coaching cycles that connect theory to practice through reflection, feedback, and adjustment. 

Professional Learning – Topic-specific sessions designed around district needs, informed by pre-assessment or survey data. 

  • Sessions structured to model the same active, student-centered learning approaches expected in classrooms. 
  • Incorporation of adult learning theory to engage participants in meaningful, relevant tasks. 
  • Opportunities for collaborative problem-solving and application to participants’ own contexts. 
  • Follow-up resources and planning tools to support sustained implementation. 

Instructional Leadership Coaching – Individualized 1:1 coaching with campus leaders, including goal setting, action planning, observation feedback, and sustainability planning. 

  • Modeling of high-leverage coaching conversations leaders can replicate with teachers. 
  • Development of leadership routines that reinforce effective pedagogy across classrooms. 
  • Guided practice in observation and feedback that emphasizes both instructional quality and adult learning engagement. 
  • Support in creating systems for continuous improvement and teacher capacity growth. 

Training of Trainers Model – Two to three days of in-person or virtual training for selected participants to build internal capacity, followed by virtual follow-up and debrief sessions to ensure transfer of learning and implementation fidelity. 

  • Experiential training where participants learn through the same instructional moves they will later model. 
  • Practice opportunities with feedback loops to strengthen facilitation skills. 
  • Virtual follow-up to refine delivery, troubleshoot challenges, and share successes. 
  • Tools, protocols, and support aligned to research-based instructional practices. 

Instructional Rounds and Strategic Leadership – Facilitation and oversight of instructional rounds, including data collection, analysis, and feedback loops, while supporting campus administrators in identifying high-impact priorities and aligning their efforts to improve instructional outcomes. 

  • Observation structures that mirror best practices for both student learning and adult collaboration. 
  • Consistent, rubric-based data collection for actionable insights. 
  • Analysis sessions designed to promote inquiry, dialogue, and shared ownership of outcomes. 
  • Coaching leaders to prioritize and implement strategies with the greatest potential for impact.
